The Flame Sensor Module is capable of detecting flames within the wavelength range of 760 to 1100 nanometers. It can identify small flames, such as those from a lighter, at a distance of approximately 0.8 meters. The detection angle is about 60 degrees, and the sensor is particularly attuned to the flame spectrum.

An integrated LM393 op-amp serves as a comparator to fine-tune the sensitivity level. The sensor features both digital and analog outputs, with sensitivity adjustable using a blue potentiometer.

This Flame Sensor Module is designed to detect fire or flame sources, as well as other light sources emitting wavelengths between 760 nm and 1100 nm. It utilizes the YG1006 sensor, a high-speed, highly sensitive NPN silicon phototransistor. Its black epoxy casing enhances its sensitivity to infrared radiation.

This sensor can be an excellent addition to a firefighting robot, acting as its "eyes" to locate fire sources. When a flame is detected, the Signal LED lights up, and the D0 pin switches to LOW.

The module provides two outputs: an analog output that delivers a real-time voltage signal based on thermal resistance, and a digital output that allows for temperature thresholds to be configured via a potentiometer.

Return Shipping Costs

Refund Process

Replacements

Warranty Terms
