You can track your order by logging into your Robodium account and visiting the “My Orders” section. And can also check through Track your order Menu.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp. You can use this link to track your shipment in real time.

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

  • Orders placed before 2 PM (working days) are usually shipped the same day
  • Orders placed after 2 PM, weekends, or holidays will be shipped the next working day

In case of any delays, our team will notify you promptly.

Delivery timelines depend on your location:

  • Metro cities – Typically 1–3 business days
  • Other locations – Usually 3–5 business days
  • Madurai Delivery - 2- 4 hrs, store pickup options also available

Please note that delivery may be affected by external factors such as weather, holidays, or courier delays.

Yes, returns are accepted 7 days of delivery only if the product is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect item received

Products must be unused and in original packaging with all accessories.


Refunds are processed within 2–3 working days after approval and product verification.

In rare cases (like stock unavailability), we may cancel the order and issue a full refund or offer alternatives.
