🚚 Shipping

You can track your order by logging into your Robodium account and visiting the “My Orders” section.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp. You can use this link to track your shipment in real time.

2. When will my order be shipped?

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

  • Orders placed before 2 PM (working days) are usually shipped the same day
  • Orders placed after 2 PM, weekends, or holidays will be shipped the next working day

In case of any delays, our team will notify you promptly.

3. What is the expected delivery time?

Delivery timelines depend on your location:

  • Metro cities – Typically 1–3 business days
  • Other locations – Usually 3–5 business days
  • Madurai Delivery - 2- 4 hrs, store pickup options also available

Please note that delivery may be affected by external factors such as weather, holidays, or courier delays.

4. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, Robodium delivers only within India.
We are working on expanding our services to international customers soon.

5. Do you charge for shipping?

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹999
  • A nominal shipping fee applies to orders below ₹999 (calculated at checkout)

🔄 Returns

1. Can I return a product?

Yes, returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery only if the product is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect item received

Products must be unused and in original packaging with all accessories.

2. What is the return process?

  1. Contact our support team with:
    • Order ID
    • Issue details (images/videos required)
  2. Our team will verify the issue
  3. Once approved, we will guide you on the return process
  4. After receiving the product, we will process replacement/refund

3. Do you arrange return pickup?

  • Pickup is arranged for damaged/defective items (where applicable)
