The DC Motor – 500RPM – 12Volts is a geared motor that combines a simple DC motor with an attached gearbox. It is ideal for all-terrain robots and a variety of robotic applications. The motor's shaft features a 3 mm threaded drill hole, making it easy to connect to wheels or other mechanical assemblies.
These 500 RPM 12V DC geared motors are commonly used in robotics due to their ease of use and standard size. You don't need to spend much to control these motors using an Arduino or a compatible board. The popular L298N H-bridge module with an onboard voltage regulator can drive this motor with a voltage range between 5 and 35V DC. Alternatively, you can choose a more precise motor driver module from our wide selection based on your specific needs.
The motor features a nut and threaded shaft for easy attachment, as well as an internally threaded shaft for convenient wheel connections. With a robust metal gearbox, these DC geared motors are well-suited for heavy-duty tasks and are available in a wide RPM range, making them perfect for robotics and industrial applications.
