Description  

The Raindrops Detection Sensor Module is designed for detecting rain and measuring rainfall intensity. It can be used for weather monitoring and provides both analog output (AO) and fixed output signals.

This module, compatible with Arduino and similar platforms, allows for the detection of various weather conditions and converts them into output signals and analog data.

The sensor includes a printed circuit board (control board) that collects raindrops. As water accumulates, it forms parallel resistance paths measured by the op-amp. The more water present, the lower the resistance and voltage output. Conversely, a dry board results in higher voltage output, up to 5V when completely dry.

The module consists of a rain detection board and a separate control board for ease of use. It features a power indicator LED and adjustable sensitivity via a potentiometer. The module operates using the LM393 op-amp.

Return Window

  • Standard Returns: 7 days from delivery date for any reason, including change of mind.
  • Defective / Damaged Items: 7 days from delivery date.
  • Manufacturing Defects (Warranty): 15 days from delivery, unless otherwise specified on the product page.

  • Products received in damaged condition
  • Items with manufacturing defects
  • Wrong items received (item mismatch)
  • Missing components inside the package

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In their original, unused condition
  • In the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and free gifts (if any)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Note: Products damaged due to misuse, modification, static discharge, soldering, or improper handling may not be eligible for return.

Return Pickup Process

  • Our logistics partner will collect the package at the scheduled time

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective, damaged, or wrong items: ROBODIUM™ covers all return shipping costs.
  • Change-of-mind returns: ₹100 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

Refund Process

  • Refund Method: Original payment method
  • Processing Time: 5–7 business days after inspection
  • Refund Amount: Full purchase price minus applicable return shipping fees
  • Orders canceled before shipping receive a full refund (minus up to 5% payment gateway charges, if applicable)

Replacements

  • Replacement is shipped after the returned item is inspected and approved
  • Dispatched within 2 business days of receiving the return
  • If replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued

Warranty Terms

All products include a minimum 15-day warranty against manufacturing defects, unless otherwise specified on the product page.

Warranty does not cover misuse, soldering damage, modifications, physical damage, or incorrect electrical connections.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders in Pending or Payment Verification status can be canceled for a full refund
  • Contact us immediately before shipping to cancel an order
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled but can be returned after delivery
