The Lithium Battery Protection Board is an exceptional solution for effective battery management. This 3 Series 20A model features AUTO Recovery, providing reliable power continuity for your devices. It is specifically designed for 3.6V and 3.7V lithium batteries, accommodating popular types such as 18650 and 26650, in addition to polymer lithium batteries.

With a continuous discharge and charge current capability of 20A, this protection board is ideal for applications like drills, sprayers, LED lights, and low-power inverters. The board integrates a 10 low load resistance MOS tube, which ensures balanced charging through a 100mA balanced current, thereby enhancing battery performance.

This board operates seamlessly within a voltage range of 16.8V to 18.1V, making it adaptable to various battery configurations. Its compact dimensions of approximately 46 x 60 x 3.4 mm facilitate easy installation within battery packs or tight spaces. Safety is paramount with our Lithium Battery Protection Board.

Adhere to the recommended wiring for 0V to 16.8V to prevent short circuits and maintain dependable, safe operation.

Note :

1. To successfully start the drill, use three 15C-20C power batteries, or six 10C-15C power batteries (standard 18650 batteries will not suffice!).
2. Follow the wiring schematic strictly for 0V, 4.2V, 8.4V, 12.6V, and 16.8V to avoid intentional short circuits.
3. When using a brush motor load, consider connecting a non-polar capacitor (rated above 25V, with a capacity of 10uF-100uF) across the motor's positive and negative terminals to mitigate reverse voltage spikes that could damage the MOS tube.
4. For four groups of batteries in series, ensure the voltage of each group is balanced. If discrepancies exist, charge each battery individually before connecting them in series. During discharge tests, the group with the fastest voltage drop may indicate a weaker battery.

Return Shipping Costs

• Defective, damaged, or wrong items: ROBODIUM™ covers all return shipping costs. No charges to you.
• Change of mind returns: A flat return shipping fee of ₹100 will be deducted from your refund amount.

Refund Process

• Refund Method: Refunds are processed to your original payment method.
• Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Refund Amount: Full purchase price minus any applicable return shipping fees.
• Orders canceled before shipping receive a full refund (minus up to 5% payment gateway charges, if applicable).

Replacements

Warranty Terms
