CD4070 - Quad 2-Input XOR Gate IC

The CD4070 IC contains four independent Exclusive OR gates inside a single package. It is often times referred to as a quad package 2-Input XOR gate IC. All four gates share the same power rail and each gate has two input lines and one output line. This IC gives the system designer a way to directly implement the Exclusive-OR Boolean function. The CD4070 makes use of complementary MOS (CMOS) transistors to achieve a broad power supply operating range, low power consumption, and a high noise margin. The IC operates at 5V, 10V, 15V, and even 20V. When operating at 5V the maximum low-level input voltage is 0.5 and the minimum high-level input voltage is 4.5

All inputs are protected from damage due to static discharge by diode clamps to VDD and VSS. The IC is mostly used in Logical comparators, Parity checkers, and generators.

Return Pickup Process

Return Shipping Costs

• Defective, damaged, or wrong items: ROBODIUM™ covers all return shipping costs. No charges to you.
• Change of mind returns: A flat return shipping fee of ₹100 will be deducted from your refund amount.

Refund Process

• Refund Method: Refunds are processed to your original payment method.
• Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Refund Amount: Full purchase price minus any applicable return shipping fees.
• Orders canceled before shipping receive a full refund (minus up to 5% payment gateway charges, if applicable).

Replacements

• Once the returned item is inspected and approved, we ship the replacement at no additional cost.
• Replacement items are dispatched within 2 business days of receiving your return.

Warranty Terms

All products include a minimum 15-day warranty against manufacturing defects unless otherwise specified on the product page.

Warranty does not cover: misuse, soldering damage, modifications, physical damage, or incorrect electrical connections.
