This driver falls within the NovalithICTM family, incorporating one p-channel high-side MOSFET and one n-channel low-side MOSFET, along with an integrated driver IC. The inclusion of a p-channel high-side switch negates the necessity for a charge pump, thereby minimising electromagnetic interference (EMI).

The integrated driver IC enhances microcontroller interfacing by offering logic level inputs, current sense diagnostics, slew rate adjustment, dead time generation, and comprehensive protection features against overtemperature, overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, and short circuit conditions.

Replacements

Warranty Terms
