TIP31C NPN Power Transistor 

TIP31C is a three-layer NPN device within the working range, the collector current IC is a function of the base current IB, a change in the base current giving a corresponding amplified change in the collector current for a given collector-emitter voltage VCE.

What is a Transistor?

A transistor is a semiconductor device used to amplify and switch electronic signals and electrical power. It is composed of semiconductor material with at least three terminals for connection to an external circuit. A voltage or current applied to one pair of the transistor's terminals changes the current through another pair of terminals. Because the controlled (output) power can be higher than the controlling (input) power, a transistor can amplify a signal.

Return Shipping Costs

• Change of mind returns: A flat return shipping fee of ₹100 will be deducted from your refund amount.

• Refund Amount: Full purchase price minus any applicable return shipping fees.

Warranty Terms
