This MAX6675 Module, equipped with a K-Type Thermocouple Sensor, measures temperatures up to 1024°C. It utilizes the Maxim MAX6675 K-Thermocouple to digital converter IC, which provides a digital serial interface compatible with microcontrollers (SPI compatible), ensuring accurate temperature-compensated readings from the connected K-Type thermocouple sensor.
The module offers a 12-bit resolution, enabling temperature measurements ranging from 0°C to 1024°C, with the maximum temperature of the supplied sensor reaching 450°C and a resolution of 0.25°C.
Screw terminals are included for easy connection to the thermocouple's spade connectors, and a standard 5-pin 0.1″ header allows interfacing with microcontrollers like Arduino development boards.
The included thermocouple sensor features a diameter of 4.5mm and a 6mm threaded mounting bolt, with an overall length of approximately 100cm, including the cable and spade connectors.
